I arrived at about 4:30pm to collect a parcel. I was told by the lady behind the counter they were closed and she specifically told me the hours were 9-5pm so nowhere near advertised. I informed her that it was still within her stated hours and she said she had to close everything early because she was the only person working. Awful service and seems like it wasn't a one off.
- MWmacey wallerSep 14, 20261.0wow what a rude rude lady. came at 4:40, 20 minutes before close even though the website still states 9pm anyway. and the lady with the nose piercing, lots of makeup was already shutting up. she didn’t even look at me and my boyfriend and said “we are not open we are closed” and walked away straight away. i just exclaimed “wow great service” and as i walked out past the window her and an older royal mail worker in royal mail uniform were giving me and my boyfriend dirty looks out the window as if we did something wrong. are you guys not a post office ??? am i not supposed to post my post here ??? what exactly did i do wrong for you to be so rude? and 5pm closing time doesn’t exist now i guess?
