- FAFaysal AzizSep 6, 20261.0Pathetic behaviour. Asked him if the post office is open. He replied ‘no’. In map and on the door of the shop it’s written open until 7PM on a Sunday. I went at 6:03PM. I asked why he is saying its closed, the guy wasn’t even looking at me rather telling me to come tomorrow. I started checking again coming near the door and shut the door behind me very rudely.
- TAThomas ActonAug 23, 20261.0Lazy owner claims post office wasn’t open on Sunday - despite being literally sat down sun the shop.
- KCKenny CraigJul 11, 20261.0What’s the point of having a local post office if the owner won’t accept parcels? It seems like he makes up his own rules on size and weight . Sorry but he has to realise that people are not stupid and there are more post offices not too far away that are glad to serve you , Shame ..,
- FFFrancescaJun 1, 20265.0Great experience at Woodstreet Village’s Post Office. The staff member was incredibly helpful in sending my signed-for package, suggesting the most efficient option and even helping me save money by adjusting the letter size. All smooth , friendly, and efficient. I recommend it

The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.
For details, please check directly with your own bank.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
