- IHIan HallSep 21, 20264.0I visited this morning to be greeted by a long queue, so very frustrating and noted all the self service machines have been removed, which I understand happened after TG Jones took over. Staff numbers remain the same, but today they were very efficient and the queue moved very quickly. Well done them, given they are now expected to deliver the same service as previously but without self help machines.

If you are a visitor from abroad, don't be surprised by haphazard displays, unusual layouts and different attitudes with staff and locals. This said you can comfortably buy all you will require as per food and drinks and the obvious "tourists' souvenirs" that would probably last from your hotel to the airport. Otherwise browse, absorb try the local stuffs. Disfruta.
