I’d been struggling trying to deposit cash into my account and she went out of her way to help me deposit my coins despite not having the right coin bags with me. She even counted the coins quickly. Would recommend using the post office services here. Fast, efficient, and friendly!

Michele is the most knowledgeable of all the processes particularly where Amazon is concerned. She always goes over and above to help her customers, as I have witnessed, in addition to how so very helpful she is with the handling of all my parcels and confusion when I should be at Evri next door! Can’t thank Michele enough Burpham Post Office are Very lucky to have her working there and such very long hours. I do hope Michele will be recognised with a pay increase at the very least!!!! - PSPrab SatyaNov 3, 20211.0Rude service from elderly lady behind Post Office counter Unfortunately I received some poor service from the elderly lady behind Post Office counter today. I went to post a parcel. I had looked up the price before on the Royal Mail price finder. Then was I ready to pay there was a discrepancy in the price I found on the price finder. I asked politely to decline the transaction. Then the lady then resorted to shouting at me in an aggressive way. I was shouted at being told ‘Do it yourself’. Then as I proceeded to leave the store in front of the other customers she shouted at the top of her voice ‘Just leave me alone’. Despite me not responding to her I felt very intimidated by her aggressive stance and this was not the service anyone should expect.
