Absolutely awful service. They never seem to respect their official opening times, often closing early or opening late without warning. On top of that, they consistently refuse or fail to provide basic services that are clearly listed as available on the Royal Mail website. Unreliable, frustrating, and incredibly poorly managed. Royal Mail needs to step in and revoke their licence. Avoid if you actually need to get anything done.
