- PGPatricia GomesJul 21, 20261.0Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the woman at the counter but she was the laziest, rudest person I've ever met. She was sighting all the time, looked for my parcel for 2 seconds and said it hadn't been delivered. I showed her the emails from Royal Mail and she then said that I wasn't at the correct post office. I showed her the address, she confirmed it was correct but to return the next day. I then showed her the tracker with the date, time and person who received it. Completely against it she started her search again and miraculously found it at first attempt. I'll never use this post office again.
