- BBbrittle bowlSep 16, 20261.0My heart goes out to the workers and their extremely stressful job, the handful of times i've picked up packages it was smooth, but of course the line was always egregious. On one particular day there was one worker and a giant line, tons of grumbling, I must have waited for 40 minutes and then the clerk put up a sign saying they were closing early due to lack of staff. One argument even broke out between the clerk and a customer, insults were levied... I can't lie, if what the clerk said was true then some serious changes need to be made, no bathroom break and lunch break, I assume he skipped because of overwhelming line and lack of workers. A stressful experience for customers and a horrible place to be put in for the workers, I truly do hope something changes because if you can avoid being here, on either side of the counter, you should.

The travel money board has been out of order for just as long. The men working do not seem to care when there is a long queue and just take forever or chat away. The girls are better. The prices are very high and the service should be better. Is no one at The Post Office looking after this place?

- CCChristopherMay 26, 20261.0Staff at this branch don't know what Poste Restante is. Maybe they need some training. I travel and use this service frequently. It is a legitimate way of getting mail delivered to the post office. But they have told me not to. I'm going to anyway.
