As a person with mobility issues, I have to plan my trips to the post office very carefully. Quite often they have a problem with their services. Either the printer isn't working, or they are out of labels or some other excuse for not providing a decent service. Usually due to their inability to effiently cope with the tasks that running a modern day post office require. This means that I have to go home and wait for another day to get my items posted successfully.
I have tried calling them many times but the phone just rings out. Therefore I don't even have the option to see if the service I require is available that day. There isn't even an apology for the inconvenience,
If you decide to take on the role of running a post office, then at least do the minimum required to provide the services that a post office should, rather than concentrating on selling overpriced groceries.
I have also experienced them being closed for lunch - this is the time when many working people require them to be open.
