- LGLola GreenAug 10, 20261.0My daughter went in to pay money in the post office and the man in the wouldn’t let her and was asking her where she had got the money from I went in there myself the man was clearly drunk as anything ! Do not let your kids go in to this shop !!

Had ok experiences (if slow) previously when collecting around 5pm on a weekday but this time (3pm on a weekend) I heard a weird shout just before I walked in. The man behind the counter was clearly under the influence of a substance more than alcohol. He couldn’t see his hand in front of his face, answer any questions and using the scanner he kept waving at my face or thin air instead of the barcode on my phone. He kept repeating the same phrases like ‘all done’ and didn’t appear to understand what was going on around him. He couldn’t help me with a parcel I couldn’t find. I had barely any mobile phone service otherwise I’d have called the police. Other customers left rather than deal with him for services they needed. I’ve been told by him to come back tomorrow and see his wife…. Atrocious.

- KTKi TApr 23, 20261.0If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly lacking basic knowledge of how to do their job. There are constant issues with the system, and staff don’t seem to know how to log or resolve anything properly. I would strongly advise against using this location for parcel pick-up. Even when customers provide QR proof of drop-off, they refuse to acknowledge parcels have been received, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, a complete waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and take your custom elsewhere.
