Lined up, got to counter, told to speak to post master. He tells me he’s too busy getting stock out and then wants to have a break. So asks me to come back later. One star service.

Limited services, don't accept parcels over 5kg and won't keep special delivery overnight if you've missed the last collection. Won't accept a letter to post along side parcels. Avoid at all costs.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
