She went above and beyond to help me print around 30 pages directly from my phone, which wasn’t straightforward at all. What really stood out was her willingness to step out from behind the counter, come over to the printer, organise all the pages properly, and make sure everything was printed exactly as needed. She stayed with me throughout the whole process and made sure everything was completed perfectly from start to finish. Her patience, professionalism, and genuinely helpful attitude made a stressful task so much easier. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service these days. A big thank you to Anjy — she is a real credit to the Post Office!
