- ADadisha douetAug 5, 20261.0I came in to ask a question and send a package with my son. The lady serving me told me to look for something, but I didn't understand what she meant. I explained that I have a disability, but instead of helping me, she and her colleague laughed. I became so uncomfortable that I asked my son to wait in the car. The woman then said she refused to serve me and walked away from the till. She continued serving other customers while leaving me standing there. I was reduced to tears and felt so humiliated that I left without sending my package. No one should be treated this way, especially someone who has explained they have a disability and simply needed a little understanding. I would appreciate it if you could speak to your staff about this, as I found the experience extremely upsetting and very disappointing.

- MMmikecreerJul 16, 20262.0My second time this week at the now MUCH smaller Post Office in Dorking. The staff are lovely BUT there is not enough of them! Queue was out the door on to the pavement on both occasions! Wait time in the queue nearly 20 minutes first time and over 10mins today with just one person at the counter serving ( 3pm ). My advice is to go elsewhere for a quicker service. Such a pity the Post Office have allowed this to happen.
