i came in to collect a few parcels, a few of which had barcodes and a few didn’t. my mum had been in a few days prior but as we’d just moved her ID didn’t match the one on the parcel, so they refused to let her even take a picture of the parcel to prove to me that she’d been there. i went in the next day, being a teenager, and they also wouldn’t give me my parcels because my ID had a different surname to my vinted one as i prefer to use my mums surname, they asked me why id use a name that isnt my real name on vinted, and said this was a waste of time and walked away. i said i still needed help and they told me to bring my mum in, i tried to explain that her address was different to that on the parcel and they’d already refused to serve her, so i just left in tears. the next day i decided to try one more time, and there was the same woman as well as a man, the man instantly scanned my codes and was about to let me take them before she told him not to give them to me. i tried to explain again, and the man was super nice and he just ended up giving them to me, i think his name was ridwaan . the other lady was apparently called pam but i think he just told me that so i wouldn’t mention her badly in my review, i believe she was a manager or something.

I went to the Post Office in Dorking to send a parcel and had such a lovely experience. A wonderful lady called Pam was incredibly helpful, kind and full of joy. She took the time to look after me properly and explained how I could keep track of my parcel, which I really appreciated as I’m an older lady and I’m not very confident with technology. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. Pam was patient, friendly and made everything so easy for me. It’s lovely to come across staff who genuinely care about their customers. The whole experience was made so much better because of her, and I really appreciate her kindness. Lovely staff and excellent customer service. Thank you, Pam!
