Every time I go to this place I regret it. One person working in the middle of the day - queue out the door. Other assistant avoiding eye contact whilst filling out some forms (surely that could have waited). The smaller post offices like North Holmwood are far better - life is too short to go to this place again. No other organisation could get away with customer service like this no wonder Royal Mail loses money.

Opening hours are made up day by day. The sign states 09:00-12:30 on a Saturday, but today (a Saturday) they opened late and closed before 12:00. When walking around the side to the delivery office, the staff were shouting at people to move (one gentleman in particular was vocally abusive and clearly stressed, which was taken out on customers). The staff claimed that they had ALWAYS shut at 12:00, when there are two signs at the front of the store stating 12:30. I run an online business and frequently use this post office, and can confirm to the employees that I have been inside their store MANY times after 12:00. Alas, this is the single worst post office branch I have ever had the displeasure of frequenting - avoid and use Reigate where possible.

Good evening! Back in my day, people at the front desk were instructed to treat others in a non-condescending and kindly manner, especially for just simple questions! Have been twice, certainly not good. Was wrongly instructed about my letter and how to send it the first time by what looked like the new manager, it got sent back with the claim that it "was not paid for properly" sounds like a scam for even more money to me.Not okay. I will personally do an investigation if my letter gets "lost". Also overheard what looked like the new manager calling a young lady "darling" in a VERY rude way. PS: If this disappears I WILL take this to the head office.
