She told me I couldn’t photograph my parcel with the address label attached - what rubbish. There was no queue, no timing issue and I just wanted a photo of the parcel not her or the shop! What an awful experience, if I could have awarded no stars that’s what I would have done. Never going back in there again. North Holmwood/Spook Hill are amazing - 10 ⭐️’s for them 🤩

I went there today to leave my Drop and Click parcel (A5 Size parcel) I was told she doesn’t accept them as she doesn’t know how much I paid (I told her the price was on the label) also she said she doesn’t know what’s inside (so I told her it was a Christmas gift) she then informed me that she doesn’t have room, this was 8am, I couldn’t tell what was behind the counter as it’s such a mess but I suspect as it was so early there wouldn’t of been many parcels. I explained to her that I use this online service regularly and that all my other local post office’s accept them, she replied that I should go there instead. She became very vocal and flaying her arms around angrily so I thought it best I left before I said something I’d later regret. I phoned the post office customer services and they told me she has to accept these parcels and would be in touch with her regarding this, I decided to call her to explain my findings and she started shouting again and said she was busy and hung up on me. I know this couple have been in the village for some years now and I’ve always had a great relationship with them both but sadly I can’t ignore her behaviour and this is why I’m sharing my experience.
