- LJL JJun 4, 20261.0Extremely rude Post Mistress. She was rude to the customer in front of me and then proceeded to be rude to me. My first and last visit to this post office. She told me I couldn’t photograph my parcel with the address label attached - what rubbish. There was no queue, no timing issue and I just wanted a photo of the parcel not her or the shop! What an awful experience, if I could have awarded no stars that’s what I would have done. Never going back in there again. North Holmwood/Spook Hill are amazing - 10 ⭐️’s for them 🤩

- SPSusy PuckettMay 16, 20245.0Our children grew up visiting the Capel newsagents and post office over the last 10 years of us living locally and they attended the local schools, we always popped in for local groceries every day and we were greeted with a warm welcome from the family run business, we used the post office throughout lock down and they are still such a great local resource that we are lucky to have their post office facilities on our doorstep, with hardly ever a cue to wait for and being able to park outside, this is a lovely and valuable facility which I have always appreciated and the staff and owners have always been so good to us and to our children, giving them sweets when it’s their birthday, or chatting to them, helping us with errands and with providing raffle prizes for our local school events, please do support them, they travel a long journey each day to provide Capel with our services.
