- SEScott Emery4 days ago1.0The post mistress refused in an extremely rude manner to deposit 2 old £20 notes despite having been sent to that specific branch by the PO website to have that service fulfilled. She refused to give a reason. She tried to get me out by telling me she was closing, it was 1130 and closing time is 1300. I have submitted a formal complaint and request for her to be investigated to the Post Office. An absolute disgrace. Unfit for purpose.
- JDJemima DurnfordSep 25, 20261.0Avoid this place if you don't want an unpleasant experience.
- LKLloyd KennedyJul 20, 20261.0One of the rudest people I've ever encountered. You invariably have to wait for ten minutes to get served whilst the woman talks to her mates on the phone in Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi or whichever language it happens to be.
- MCmartin crossJul 8, 20265.0Friendly helpful staff.
- SJSam JJun 4, 20261.0Extremely rude Post Mistress. She was rude to the customer in front of me and then proceeded to be rude to me. My first and last visit to this post office. She told me I couldn’t photograph my parcel with the address label attached - what rubbish. There was no queue, no timing issue and I just wanted a photo of the parcel not her or the shop! What an awful experience, if I could have awarded no stars that’s what I would have done. Never going back in there again. North Holmwood/Spook Hill are amazing - 10 ⭐️’s for them 🤩
