- MTMike TAug 6, 20261.0Close this post office now 🤣 the lady is now on her maximum scam energy. I had an issue a few months ago where the amazon scanner wasn't working - two wasted trips. Today she tried telling me i couldn't return my BT package without printing a label which her friend on the other side of the room would just so happen to help with. Disgusting scammers. Was well worth the trip up to west croydon where you can just drop the parcel in a box, or join the queue for proof of receipt. The smugness when the woman was acting as if it was normal to run a post office that won't scan a QR code and print a label?!? Avoid at all costs.
- NSNithin SJul 6, 20261.0The staff member who was working at the Post Office this evening (6 July 2026)was extremely rude and unprofessional towards customers. She behaved as though we were asking for something from her personally or as if she was doing us a favour. The system was down, which I understand is beyond her control. However, she made no effort to explain the situation or communicate politely. Instead, she simply told us to come back tomorrow and said she would only give us the item if the system was working by then. A little courtesy and clear communication would have made the situation much easier for customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that others do not have a similar experience.

Once she was shouting at me for moving to the counter. She said she didn't call me. Mona is her name. Will never set my foot there. She was yelling in hindi .such a disgraceful woman
