It's like russian roulette: they'll either take your package or give you some reason not to. They don't know which barcode to scan and lie about the other barcode by telling that this barcode not belongs to post office , while the main office scanned it without any problem!! The Amazon scanner hasn't been working for a month, and yet they tell another customer to come back on Monday, as if the scanner will work in one day off, Sunday.

Then charged me for a larger parcel twice the weight of the parcel I was sending. Did not inform me of the prices before charging me. When I politely suggested she inform customers of the prices of products before giving it on them she shouted that it was my fault for not asking despite the fact the prices are hidden behind the glass and also did not give me a choice. Very rude, unprofessional and lacking in customer service.
