I don’t honestly understand why the couple who work here have a job where they need to interact with other human beings when they quite clearly cannot stand any other members of the human race. The man is especially rude and will shout unsolicited abuse at customers. It is a mystery as to how they have any customers left as I certainly will be taking my custom elsewhere.
