Recently, l had to return my passport as part of the renewal process and l went in and asked this post office what is the cheapest way of sending it. They said, 'Royal Mail Special Delivery.' l said what about Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or 2nd Class? They said you can only send it Royal Mail Special Delivery. I knew they were lying because l then took this business to another post office and they said no problem sending it Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or 2nd Class. This post office are misleading customers as it is only 'recommended' that you send it Royal Mail Special Delivery but it is not required. They were clearly trying to make me spend more money than l needed to. Greedy and disgusting. I should have reported them. Avoid!
