She always tries her best to assist and explain what needs to be done. A big Thank you to all the staff here fo providing a 5 star service to our community.
- NTNina TondysAug 26, 20261.0Rude, unprofessional, lazy and useless staff! This is the worst Post Office I have ever been to. Every time I’m there, there is an issue! Extremely rude man and lazy woman working there. The man once told me off for having a sip of coffee from my travel cup as there is a “no drinks” policy. Ok, fine (ridiculous but fine), but he started arguing when I asked for a reason for such a request. Next time, they lost my Evri parcel, despite confirmation from Evri that the parcel was ready to collect. I had to make a claim. Last week, I went to collect another Evri parcel and the woman checked a few packages on one of the shelves and said it wasn’t there, shrugging her shoulders. Luckily, I insisted, as she had only checked one shelf out of four! How can you not be bothered to check properly? It’s easier to say it’s not there and that’s it! I finally got my parcel, and there is one more I need to collect. I’m already dreading going there as I’m sure it will be “missing” again. It honestly makes me wonder whether they are actually stealing them! This will be the last time I use this Post Office. Even if I have to travel to the next available one, I will do it.
