- DADan ArmstrongSep 30, 20221.0Terrible customer service, either lost or stole my post and would not accept responsibility or even offer advice on how to resolve despite the item being tracked and listed as having been delivered there, I ended up claiming for it via Royal Mail. Recently found out that my partner was interrogated about the contents of a letter that had a very slight bulge and made to pay extra to send it, when previously had no experience like this with similar letters sent via post boxes or other post offices. They way that they conduct themselves is rude and unhelpful. To echo other reviews, stay away from this PO.

They lose your post, they work so slowly there is always a massive queue, and they have no idea what they are doing - one time I tried to buy a sealed pack of 25 evelopes so I could post a letter, the staff took off the wrapping/barcode etc and told me the price was for one envelope and the pack would be £17! (despite many other sealed packs of 50+ envelopes selling for two pounds) The other staff members contribution was that I could buy a tracked postage plastic bag for £6. FOR ONE LETTER! If you want to wait an extremely long time to get ripped off for post that won't actually be delivered then go to this post office.
