- SSShadoPsyJul 20, 20261.0I’ve given many chances to this post office because I always like to give the benefit of the doubt. However, it has come to the point where I will leave this review. The team that work there are always the same and in todays experience of complete and utter rudeness was a man wearing glasses, I would in his 40’s. There was a queue in there as always which is very understandable. I waited patiently until he was ready to serve me. Once it was my turn to be served, the man had a very unprofessional and rude tone of voice. I did not have a document with me and instead of helping me understand what paper that was, he just looked and sounded so fed up and annoyed. I appreciate that he may have had a long day but I was never rude. I did my part as a customer whilst he failed with his customer service. Honestly if you can find yourself another post office, I would highly recommend you going there.

When I asked for information, he responded with “I don’t know” and made no effort to assist me further. His manner was unprofessional and discourteous. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.
