- HAHelder AmorimSep 15, 20261.0Avoid this place staff is limited to 1 person definitely a budget post office where waiting 35 minutes seems to be the normal waiting time. There's no option for a fast drop off even for Amazon hub or QR code returns.

That she’d ‘had enough as they don’t staff the counter properly’ (despite it being 1 hour 15 minutes before the official closing time). Second time they had ‘run out of stationary for Amazon parcels’ so could not return. Looking at other reviews these are both quite normal occurrences.

Whilst I can appreciate her circumstances, the business should have taken this into account for numerous people such as myself who managed to make it here in my 15 min break slot, after a week of trying to squeeze some time out of work!

- EJE JayAug 8, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. The staff are extremely rude and ignorant. I am baffled that their head office has not taken action despite of all these reviews. This post office is definitely NOT recommended for posting any valuable items. It seems to get lost somewhere along the way before even reaching the relevant mail service. Furthermore, despite accepting packages with tracking services, the post office takes no responsibility. The tracking system clearly shows the package was dropped off but never received by DPD. Apparently, as per the post office staff, once they issue a receipt their job is done and they don’t take any further responsibility even though they accepted the package themselves. What a joke! Go to this post office only if it’s your last resort otherwise it’s not worth the time and risk.
