I had trouble with delivery of an important parcel, and although it wasn’t the responsibility of Cranleigh post, I received exceptional service in retrieving that parcel and having it redirected to a new address. Much appreciated!

Terrible customer service. One member of staff serving today, the other on an extended break, so consequently I was standing in the very long queue for about 20 minutes before I was served. I went up at one point and asked the staff member (who I think was the manager) if he could ask someone else to come and serve, to get the queue down, and he said the other person was still on their lunch break! and was quite rude to me, made me feel totally unreasonable just for requesting normal service. Since when is it acceptable to prioritise staff breaks over customers who need serving, who have been waiting for ages??? They really need to consider customers more.
6 June: Following an incident the other day, where a member of staff was very aggressive and rude towards me, simply because I asked if another staff member could come out to get the queue down, I have made a complaint to the head office, and also contacted the Parish Council about this, because conduct of some of the staff in this branch is totally unacceptable. The woman was not only extremely aggressive, but in a fit of temper she deliberately mishandled my parcel, by putting the label on crooked, which will make it more difficult for it to be scanned. I understand that they can't help being short-staffed, but there is absolutely no excuse for hostile behaviour like this. I am now no longer using this branch, certainly not for the foreseeable future in any case, until something is done about the service there.

I’m going to Thailand tomorrow and went here to get some Thai Bhat and the man who was serving me was super duper helpful and so lovely! He spent lots of time with me explaining how to use their travel card and even help me set it up! Thank you so much for your help & time ☺️

Posted a small box last week using 48hr tracking and it's never arrived at its destination, and no tracking update since it was sent out by the post office. Really irritated by this.
