Challenging knowing how to staff it during busy and quiet times , but they manage well . Cannot imagine how hard it would be for businesses in Cranleigh if they weren’t here ! - HCharneet caurSep 10, 20265.0Very surprised how some people can give such unfair reviews.. Post office is meant to be busy due to the nature of jobs they have to do as they can't rush things. I guess people need to have patience to allow the staff to work and customers aggresive behaviour can cause issues for staff and other people. It's not always about just the customers as we have to be courteous to the staff who are tirelessly doing their job and so they are allowed lunch breaks. really inhuman to make such comments about them going on lunch. I have visited this branch number of times, never had an issue but on my last visit I saw a customer getting angry at the Post mistress for charging them for what they were supposed to pay. if you are using a return service where you have to pay, you can not blame the post office.
