- AHAndrew HutchisonFeb 26, 20241.0Came in today to send off documents to make a vehicle tax and mot exempt (change tax class on a logbook) unfortunately neither of the two people working there had any clue how this process works and told me it was down to myself to send off these documents not the post office which is not correct, the man especially was so arrogant that he was not willing to accept I knew and understood this process better than him, when he realised he didn't have a clue what he was talking about he refused to serve me. I don't care to ever visit this store again but if you bother to acknowledge this review look up "gov.uk website how to make a vehicle tax exempt" and then tell me I'm wrong
