No please or Thankyou. Will make a point of not using this post office again rather travel 5 miles than go again.

I took a parcel in to this post office to drop off as I had previously booked the service online, only to be told that it's too large and that "it's a very strict rule by Parcel Force not to accept this package here". When asking where I can take it she came up with New Malden as this is a crown post office. What a load of codswallop. I took it around the corner to the other post office in Tesco who had no problem accepting my parcel... Maybe the staff need educating on the services they offer or even just a little courtesy! The news agent is fine.
