He don’t know how to behave properly with the customers. Kindly give him some therapy or a teaching session regarding how to behave properly and professionally with the people. Each time when I ask doubt he treats me like a stupid and says how do I know? Then why he is there to serve as if he doesn’t know anything. I am also a public servant and I know how to treat my clients properly but he doesn’t. From the comments and ratings I can clearly say that most of the people experience the same and till now his behaviour is not changed. Which means the authority is not taken any action

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
