No other identification is good enough.. would not except my social care badge with photo identification and name and status with the company i work for. They really also need to get training for the staff in there.. the rude old bloke who has no social skills and is extremely aggressive , I actually panic before going in there as he shouts and stares at you in such an misogynistic manner. Please can someone sort this out!!!!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
