The old lady is unbearably rude .
I have a a severe back issue and cant bend but they make you bend to get your own parcels and when I said I couldnt she told me not to use Evri and come there like I had choice !
She made my heavily pregnant daughter bend to get her parcel and was rushing her and tutting .
I ask for evri home delivery but for some reason they keep delivering here so I have had to
Old lady remember ‘ Manners maketh man ‘!
So stop being such a grumpy rude unhelpful person !

They refused to manually input the code for a return parcel because the QR code was not visible. They claimed that only the manager could do this, which is not accurate. As a result, they refused to accept my return. The situation was handled in an unprofessional and misleading way, and incorrect information was given to the customer.
