I went to return something today and the woman had a go at me - told me off like I was a child because I was following the step by step instructions in the email Amazon sent me. She was rude to the two people in front of me too, so she clearly isn't very polite. I wouldn't recommend going there.

- HHHelenAug 25, 20261.0I probably go into the post office maybe once every few months and almost every time I go in there, the lady doing the parcels is so unbearably rude. She is aggressive, patronizing and doesn't make herself clear at all. I don't know how someone is constantly so irritable. I mentioned her to some colleagues where I work in Wallington and everyone knew of her and how rude she is so she a reputation. Thankfully i've managed to avoid her being rude to me directly but it's painful to see how she treats so many people. I will avoid going there when I can.
