Absolutely disgusted with this place. Even when pregnant and a toddler in tow I was told to search for my own parcel! Now my mother has been in and even though older and struggling to move she was told to also search. Will no longer use this place if I can avoid them. Would rather walk a few miles to somewhere more friendly and helpful.

SCAMMERS!!! They said they don’t have my parcel although it has been scanned by them, I have been going there for 3 days and they said they never received any parcel. I have been sent the images from DPD of my parcel in their post office. Do not send-or receive any parcels through them if they hold any sentimental values or anything valuable.

Although it was busy the young lady behind the counter worked so efficiently and was so friendly, no stress or anything, I listened as she gave a warm welcome to every customer this morning. I only went in to post a parcel 👍
