- BHBruno HenriqueAug 8, 20261.0I’m honestly convinced the guy working at the Post Office would rather be anywhere else. Possibly anywhere in the world. One of the rudest and laziest people I’ve ever come across. The Post Office is supposedly open until 4pm, yet I turned up at 3pm and was told it wasn’t open anymore. Brilliant. Why bother staying open until 4pm then? They might as well just shut the bloody place down and save everyone the trouble.

When I went to use Payzone for a top-up, the staff member tried to force me to buy other items. When I refused, he loudly told me in front of other customers not to come back again. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable. The same disgusting attitude happened again with my daughter .The staff are aggressive, disrespectful, and have absolutely no idea how to treat customers. She felt insulted and embarrassed. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise people to avoid this place. If you have the same experience report to the Payzone customer service.
