When I went to use Payzone for a top-up, the staff member tried to force me to buy other items. When I refused, he loudly told me in front of other customers not to come back again. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable. The same disgusting attitude happened again with my daughter .The staff are aggressive, disrespectful, and have absolutely no idea how to treat customers. She felt insulted and embarrassed. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise people to avoid this place. If you have the same experience report to the Payzone customer service.
