The lady behind the counter was very rude to an elderly person for standing in the wrong queue (without any prior warning).

Just wanted to give this place a 5 stars because I ordered some make-up from Charlotte Tilbury. Over £100 worth! CT gave me the option of a collection point and I chose this place, being local to me! I then got an email from Evri saying they had delivered but the photo was my parcel left on a street floor by a fence. I knew immediately that was wrong but went to the shop anyway and of course they didn’t have it. No help from Evri on their mistake. They have on their site to contact the retailer who also told me it would take days to reply to my query! Decided to go investigate myself and found the location behind the post office but it was a garden of one of their neighbours! I asked the post office lady if she had access and she said no. She didn’t send me on my way like she could have, she decided to come out and help me. She ended up getting my parcel back for me with the help of a lovely gentleman. I will be forever grateful! Such kind, helpful people. Evri messed up but they saved the day! Thank you!
