Today’s experience the lady with pink hair behind the counter said that she was shut at 12.25 even though on your website it states that it shuts at 12.30 there were 4 or five of us in the post office and she said I have to get the alarm on in 3 minutes we are shut. What a lovely reception. If this is the case then you need to advertise that you shut earlier. It is a shame as the service I normally receive is very helpful but not today.

Staff always extremely friendly and as long as you avoid Monday mornings, you don’t have to wait long.
Queues during Covid very orderly and everyone keeps their distance. Marking on the floor are a great reminder to people 👍🏻

Horrendous experience here today - Very very rude young woman called SHARON who served me, rolled her eyes at me for no reason, roughly handled the parcels I was posting, bent them, damaged them and then glared at me and asked me to “speak up” (I had a mask on) then said I was raising my voice... then refused to serve me.... All because I didn’t want my parcels damaged and I dared to object.... I have had a horrible attitude from SHARON before, But had put it down to being a stressful job in these current times... But it’s happened too many times now... she should not be working in a customer facing role.
