If I could give 0 stars I would. The man always has a terrible attitude. And by always I mean he’s been solidly unhelpful with every service I’ve tried to complete in the last 8 years.
Declines post 45 mins before the allotted sending time, messes up order so I have to request new QR codes from companies.
Actually useless. Boycott and use the one at the bottom of the street. So much better.
I never complain and I wouldn’t mind as much if he’d at-least crack a smile, apologise for inconveniences or be polite.

Just moved to the area and the women tried to deny me my parcel twice!
I had various ID with me both times.
I’ll be using be the village post office in further - they’re much friendlier!
Never had such bad customer service from a post office in my life.
