I went to buy 2 envelopes and have them posted via special delivery.
Picked uo the 2 envelopes from the shop shelf next to post office window.
I was then stood there for a good 10 to 15 minutes while the women behind the counter had a telephone conversation and not once did she even acknowledge my presence.
Ended up walking to the trade counter and paying 58p for the envelopes and my complaint was welcomed with deaf ears.
Will never be using the post office again. (The wife sends parcels all the time via the PO).
