I'd got my quantities wrong and she just happily helped me work out what was best for me and was so kind and polite (which is quite rare nowadays in post offices). Everyone there seemed professional but kind and it felt like a more old fashioned post office where they actually take the time to help you. Incredible service, will definitely be going again!
