I went to this post office few weeks ago and the Queue was all the till outside . There was only one person working at the desk and the other Chinese lady was strolling around like she’s on some vacation. She finally came to the desk and someone told her that you need to employ more people , and you’re just walking from desk to another daydreaming, you should be working and serving customers . She got really defensive and rude. She started blaming the customer for taking few seconds as he was just trying to get his wallet out . She needs to be taught that customers come first.
