Long queues, minimal staffing. On many occasions I've seen staff chatting with a customer holding up the queue significantly. Rude, unprofessional & incompetent staff who tend to overcharge. Calls unanswered. In a word... RUBBISH.

Absolutely awful. I've lived in Wickersley 30 years and this place has been horrific for the duration. Know it all, sarcastic and unfriendly staff pushing to get the most from OAP's living on a pension and it's awful. I started driving out of my way to use another office the experience is so bad. Against my better judgement I popped in to post 4 small parcels for an elderly neighbour who had given me a handful of pound coins. I explained to the "counter operative" she's given me around £11.70 (Not having my own purse I hoped it was enough) the lady said in her know it all, unhelpful manor "well I can tell you now they are all £3 parcels" She weighed nothing and took the 3 smallest. I drove the largest of the 4 to maltby branch. The lady was lovely, said nothing about a standard £3 parcel charge, weighed it and charged me £1.70 for first class post.............that will be the very last time I ever go into that branch. I hope it will save other people the extortion and do the same.
