Brilliant.
One of the only places I can withdraw cash from my account on a Sunday when every other Post Office for miles around seems to think it's illegal on a weekend to do this.

Came in today to pay something on 4 Payment Card's? It quite obviously had the Post Office Logo on the back. The rather surly blonde woman said she didn't know if she could do that? I informed her it says Post office on the back of the card?????!!!!! She then proceeded to talk to another customer whilst serving me. She then had the ABSOLUTE CHEEK to question what the cards were for????!!!!. This Post Office and all the staff are absolutely 💯 useless & I will NEVER EVER USE IT AGAIN . P.s. a blind deaf mute person could do a better job....

After finding that most Post Offices close at 12.30pm on a Saturday, I went into this one full of hope. The guy behind the counter kindly took my parcel for me even though the Post Office part was officially closed. I cannot thank them enough and they saved my day !

Just a quick awareness shout out to people using this post office for any utility bill payments.
My nephew went in to pay out British gas bill on Monday. He paid £400 cash and approx £35 by debit card for the bill total.
Now Wednesday I've had a sms and email from British gas reminding me of my outstanding bill.
So I logged into my account and only £35 has come from the total. I checked the receipt he was given..only for £35.
My wife's just been into the shop. Explaining the the lady behind the counter. My wife was told that there was no additional cash after close of business on Monday so she asked to look at the cctv footage. They wouldn't allow her to look. After a while the chap who served him appeared. They spoke in their language and finally said yes you gave the £400 cash.
It was a mistake. Mmmm a mistake you say. Be careful.
