Incredibly rude service here. I have compassion for people having a bad time in life but my experience has been consistently negative and unwelcoming over the last 6 months. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. The business hours online are also wrong - this has inconvenienced several people, including myself, as I stand outside and write this review. I’m not one to write a review, but something needs to change here. Blwyddyn Newydd Dda.
Edit: On the off-chance that there could have been a shred of the compassion that I’ve shared during my visits reciprocated, I knocked the glass door a couple of times. I even called to talk about the extremely important [edited-out to keep some anonymity]. To no surprise, I was deliberately ignored by the dark-haired lady in the shop after each attempt.
