It's been closed for the past few days and this is during the week. The staff have called in sick I am told and there is no one to cover. I find it hard to believe there is only one member of staff in such a large Post Office.
They are also not open until 8pm as the opening hours state and doubt they are open from 6am either.

Had to deliver a package today yet unfortunately was told by members of the store that the post office is not open to the public due to staff not being trained. However the staff at the store were extremely pleasant...a young pregnant lady and a time I attended before was again another lady's name beginning with W cannot recall her full name yet ever so apologetic but taking into account the current situation that due to staff shortages it seems evident that other members of the public writing reviews do not take into consideration that if staff are not trained and they simply cannot assist, and surely any customer using the post office would prefer transactions and other aspects required are done accurately. I have no issue with the staff here they are very pleasant and I will happily return.

Today I visited the post office to collect the parcel I couldn't collect thought the week due to working late and the Morrisons' team not being trained how to deal with post office collections. The cashier (chunky lady with dark hair) sat behind the post office desk was on her mobile phone and obviously I disturb her. She's got no social skills or manners in fact she is just rude. I don't understand why she's facing customers without having any customer services skills. @royal mail/ @morrisons you should be ashamed to have someone like this facing your customers . With no doubt I will not return to use this branch.
