- JHJason HornJan 23, 20264.0This is now my closest PO since the Riverside/Pontcanna PO's were shut down - I like the new owners and I have been visiting for several years. The only thing I don't like though, are the silly long queue's, often so long that I end up standing outside in the rain & wind & cold..at 60 it's not nice or acceptable! Especially as Royal Mail charge so much for delivery nowadays. Avoid the times during the school run & dinner time from 1145 to 2.20 is long queue time, 5 days a week.. They should have longer hours - 7am to 9pm at least - to keep up with demand & not everyone can get to a PO during working hours!!

I stated that there could be fragile items in there he just shrugged it off. When I spoke to someone else to complain, he also brushed it aside and said if it is damaged I need to complain to parcelforce. They have no respect for parcels. There is no customer respect from them. I will not be taking parcels there in the future. I recommend avoiding them
