Horrible, horrible service!
They did not follow our instructions to deliver to a Post Office.
Eventually our Special Delivery parcel went missing/was stolen and marked as "Collected" with fake signature.
Shameless people work there!

Very poor quality of service if you can class it as service, lack of workers so the queue is often long which wouldn't be too bad if the workers gave actual customer service. By this I mean some of the workers there are rather rude and seem to almost enjoy wasting your time. However the younger workers seem to make up for their older coworkers by providing actual nice customer service.

8th October. Had to do photo licence renewal and what a pleasure it turned out to be. The lady that was on the desk was very efficient but a ray of sunshine. It was so good to find someone who enjoyed her job and had time to put a smile on her customers faces.
