- DDDaveOct 3, 20241.0AVOID. The staff here are often rude, regularly make mistakes and suggest inappropriate methods of sending items. They do not ask the right questions therefore on two occasions the receiver has had to pay extra postage. I Recommend driving 2 miles up to Henlade post office, much better service.

- KRKieran RisteMay 27, 20181.0Terrible! 3 times I have tried to use the post office, first time they told me if had been turned off early and today I went at half 12 to find the whole shop had been closed with a handwritten sign on the door saying it will be open again at half 1 due to being short staffed. So I returned at 2 to then be told it’s off all day for maintainace!!! Fuming... their excuse was that it’s down to the people who run it... will not be going back as clearly nobody wants to help and have no idea how to run a store! Useless

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
