Having read the reviews before going to collect a parcel I was pretty apprehensive, but my experience was very different from most on here.
There is a sign on the door that says the Post Office is open the same hours as the Morrisons - I went around 1.30pm on a Saturday and found this to be true.
I was greeted with a smile by a friendly man who was stacking some shelves, and then joined the queue for the Post Office counter.
The lady serving was helping a young man change some coins to notes and she was patient and helpful. She was also very helpful with me as I was collecting DPD parcel (something I haven’t done before) and I didn’t know where to find my QR code. All in all it was a positive experience for me, thankyou Sam for being patient and kind

Just gone to collect a package dropped off by DPD. Long haired chap served me and I was made to feel like an inconvenience huffing and puffing "oh for...". Glad he didn't finish his sentence but I had a feeling where it was going! Most of the staff in here are moody and in need of some decent customer service training!

Dreadful, bad tempered, sullen woman who seems to be in charge.
Wanted to send an urgent parcel DPD on 7th March at 10am - 'Don't know whether we do that ' then scans it reluctantly 'Huh, seems we do - OK'
An irate buyer emails me on 11th at 4.30pm to say that DPD have made three collections in the past four days from Shepton Mallet and the parcel has not been loaded !
It is still in Shepton Mallet PO in the warehouse with it's Next Day label bright and shiny.
I can cope with horrible staff but when thay are also incompetant
then it is just too much .

Queue to ask if they would accept large parcel and they clearly stated they would accept up to 15kg. I said even if 6ft tall?. Her reply was its not about size, we accept if under 15 kg. So brought in parcel to send. Stood and queued again for 15 minutes. For her to say she doesn't have room to store it so can't accept it. Clearly seeing me stood in Queue for post office with the item. Bad service
