- NBNatasha BrownDec 8, 20251.0Despite the car park having a single disabled parking spot, The manager stated they dont keep an eye on the car park and allow people to park as long as they wish. The van parked in the one space was clearly a worker, at a nearby house! I was forced to park out the front but could not use my wheelchair as there is no room for my rear ramp onto the pavement here, and by driving into the space my rear ramp would clearly be in the main road. I think I therefore need to report this place as not disability accessible or friendly.
- HJHelen M JonesMar 13, 20251.0I moved to Midsomer Norton from the South coast recently. I ordered an online delivery and thought Chilcompton PO was my nearest collection point. I received this first parcel no problem, thank you. A couple of months later, I ordered an expensive special birthday present to be delivered to the Ch.PO. I ordered it 2 weeks in advance of the birth date. I went to the Ch.PO 12 days later and asked if they'd received my parcel. I was told by a very unpleasant female that they sent the parcel back as they didn't know me! I was disgusted, had no present to give my daughter on her birthday, and remain disgusted. My understanding is that all Post Offices serve everybody. Clearly not so. Fortunately, I have subsequently found that the POs in Midsomer Norton and Radstock have the most lovely staff, very kind, very helpful, friendly. Personally, I have never and will never frequent the Ch.PO again - unless I learn that the owners have changed. My view.
