The owner has to be one of the best shop owners I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
Me and my friends were on a walk across Exmoor and towards the end of our trek we came across this post office which was sadly closed. Luckily the owner was by his door and he opened up for us and, despite our muddy boots, we could get our food and drink. The owner helped turn a miserable day into a happy one as we finally got to eat some nice tasting food. He is an absolute legend and he made our day.

Great village shop run real well by Andy. And the addition of the morning coffee room and bar on Fridays and Saturdays evenings is excellent. Highly recommend.
