I went at around 1230 on Saturday went to the counter at back of shop the woman on the counter was serving a woman customer and there was 2 customers in front of me , when she finished serving the lady she employee went to the other counter ignoring the queue , then when she came back was sorting something behind counter so I went to the counter at front of shop and he was much more efficient , was served and out while the two customers I was in front of at other till were still there
