Total waste of time using this place, I've now had two parcels dissappear because they didn't attach return labels properly. I know they get through a lot of staff but you would expect more from a royal mail office.

Eventually posted a parcel after waiting for ages in the queue on the 31st December for next day I know it was new years day so expected the parcel to be delivered on the Friday 2nd January as I paid for next day and now it's Monday the 5th January and still no delivery when I checked it's status it's still at the post office and they do not answer the phone find them rude the post office is full of their overflowing stock from the shop they are always on their mobiles and your be lucky if there is more than one of them working

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
