Took over 2 weeks for the post office to hand over our parcel to DPD. DPD said they tried to collect multiple times. So frustrating!

Timings aren’t reliable. I went couple of times and found an excuse that post office is closed due to either delivery or staffing problems. Particularly one day when I went to post office, I was told that it is closed for 39 minutes to receive a delivery and advised me to come after 30 minutes. I was told that post office is opened until 9pm. I went again after 90 minutes around 3pm but told that post office is forced to close due to non availability of staff. Happened twice

The most disgusting service i ever had in my entire life, I supposed to send back a coffe machine , that it was like 20cm × 10cm and they told me they'll going to leave it outside the post office on my own risk and if someone stolen is my problem. Seriously! He was saying that because healthy and safty reason can't keep it inside as it my trip over it and hurt herself. It was more straightforward if it will say is to lazy to do the paperwork for it.
Disgusted and I will definitely never put my foot in that place now mater how far I have to go.
