The lady working there can't even accept an Amazon return that is designated to be shipped by thus store. They told me to leave and take the package somewhere else after a fee tries.

WORST POST OFFICE IN THE WHOLE SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND – Complete waste of time and total disgrace
I am absolutely furious with this place. I’ve wasted so much of my time here on multiple occasions and it’s beyond a joke. Every single time I come in, the systems are down again, there’s a ridiculous queue, and the staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful.
They sigh, roll their eyes, and act like you’re a massive inconvenience just for wanting basic service. Zero professionalism, zero urgency, and zero care for customers. Meanwhile mostly every other Post Office in Bath seems to be running perfectly fine — no constant system failures, no attitude.
This branch is located inside Morrisons and it’s still somehow the most unreliable and frustrating one in the entire city. I’ve had enough. Never using this dump again. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else in Bath. Absolute shambles.
