Pointless having so many counters when usually just one's open. Always a slow-moving queue.

Been living in bath for 7yrs now and for the first few years I always get my parcels here. Long queues, no point for having a self service machine because it still needs someone to sort it after youve done your bit (might as well got othe queue), no smiles from any staff, 5 tills but always just 2 or 1 assisting customers and when its your turn, I understand they are in a hurry to help more customers but it takes a second to smile and another to just look that youre kind to the customers even if their faking it. I rerouted all my parcels to a different much further collection point just to I dont have to deal with these people. After 5 yrs, unfortunately, I have to collect another parcel there a few days ago. Wasnt expecting anything but I admire that theyre consistent. Its the same people with the same worst post office experience from years ago. Not sure how they can stay there for so long when honestly, they look like they dont want their jobs let alone be there. Sorry, just being honest.

Perfectly adequate post office. Friendly staff. I've never had to wait in line for more than a couple of minutes; it might be different in the middle of the day.
