- LRLisa RalphMar 14, 20265.0Having read the reviews before going to collect a parcel I was pretty apprehensive, but my experience was very different from most on here. There is a sign on the door that says the Post Office is open the same hours as the Morrisons - I went around 1.30pm on a Saturday and found this to be true. I was greeted with a smile by a friendly man who was stacking some shelves, and then joined the queue for the Post Office counter. The lady serving was helping a young man change some coins to notes and she was patient and helpful. She was also very helpful with me as I was collecting DPD parcel (something I haven’t done before) and I didn’t know where to find my QR code. All in all it was a positive experience for me, thankyou Sam for being patient and kind

Glad he didn't finish his sentence but I had a feeling where it was going! Most of the staff in here are moody and in need of some decent customer service training!

- RBRachel BrownNov 19, 20221.0Closes at 1pm on the weekends! The manager running the post office shuts up at 1pm on the weekends even though online and in store signs say it’s open until 3pm. Staff I spoke to were very polite and apologetic, so be kind to them as it’s not their fault if management aren’t doing their job properly.
