They required photo ID, which I would have understood, however my email clearly stated that I could use a debit or credit card as proof of identity. I was on holiday so had no photo ID with me. We returned with my husband’s as they said they would accept this as it is a joint Amazon account and they could no longer locate my parcel. According to Amazon it hasn’t yet been returned for a refund. This was very ironic as the reason they required me to provide photo ID was so that the parcel did not “get lost”. I do not trust the staff here. Ordered parcel again to another location to pick up helpfully.

If the staff are not capable of providing post office services either shut the post office or train them as right now it's worse than no service as I feel robbed of £25.
